Shipping Policy

Stuart's Emporium endeavours to get your order to you as safely, quickly, and conveniently as possible.

Order Processing Time

In most cases, 1 day is required for processing and packing your order. Some orders may take 2 business days (Mon-Fri) to be prepared for shipping.

In the event that there is a delay beyond this, you will be contacted by email with an explanation.

Shipping Outside of Australia

If buying outside of Australia, you are responsible for any extra duties or taxes incurred. Please check the laws that apply in the location from which you are ordering.

Shipping Carrier

All items in Stuart's emporium are small enough to be sent via Australia Post, and can be delivered to Australia Post parcel lockers.

Presently, Australia Post parcels are the only shipping method available. Sorry, no pickup, courier or other options.

Stuart's Emporium may cancel your order, and provide a full refund, if for any reason shipping is unavailable to your location using this option.

Any item containing a Lithium battery cannot be sent via Express Post. If Express Post is selected at checkout, the difference between the cost of Parcel Post and Express Post will be refunded. Lithium batteries also cannot be delivered to some locations outside of Australia.

Missed Deliveries

Stuart's Emporium will not be held responsible for goods after the first delivery attempt has been made, but will still endeavour to help in any way possible. If a delivery is missed, you may be required to pick up the item from an Australia Post outlet.

Packaging

In the interests of both the environment and keeping costs low, in almost all cases, items are shipped using second-hand packaging materials. If a photo is present of another packaging, such as the original packaging the item came with, this is instead the packaging that will be used.
